“Em um dos estados mais conservadores do país, cinco artistas jovens, negros e vivos apresentam suas obras em uma exposição concebida para romper com a lógica excludente da arte catarinense: Ouro Urbano. O documentário testemunha as inquietações, singularidades e diversas camadas de uma geração consciente do seu passado e com os olhos voltados para o futuro.”

Under the direction of Gabriel Riesinger and edited by Lucas Thys, I took part in writing the script and was responsible for creating the documentary’s visual identity, art direction, and motion graphics. 💛
🎥 Synopsis:
“In one of the most conservative states in Brazil, five young, Black, and living artists present their work in an exhibition conceived to break with the exclusionary logic of Santa Catarina’s art scene: Urban Gold. The documentary bears witness to the restlessness, singularities, and multiple layers of a generation that is conscious of its past and has its eyes turned toward the future.”
